The courses offered through Modern Mystic dive into the mystic philosophies that permeate and uphold us on our spiritual path.
They provide a safe place to learn about the "woo-woo," to become knowledgable in the ancient histories behind many of the new age theories, and to walk with a sense of grounding as you bring the etheric realm into your being, into your everyday life.
Each course is self-paced, focuses on one major philosophy, and touches on the history, ideology, modern adaptation, benefits, and practical everyday experience of the selected topic.

Waking the Inner Mystic
This course explores the origins, principles, and practices of mysticism. You will learn about the history and cultural context of mysticism, the benefits of mystical practices, and the methods of performing it. Through experiential learning and personal exploration, you will develop your understanding of mysticism and its potential to enhance spiritual and personal growth.
By the end of the course, you will be able to:
- Define mysticism and its key principles.
- Identify the origins and historical development of mysticism across cultures and religions
- Analyze the benefits of mystical practices on physical, mental, and spiritual well-being
- Perform basic mystical practices, including meditation, contemplation, prayer, and visualization
